How to read this table
For each item, we look at how many units went out (sales + assemblies) over the analysis period. We project the stock at the lead time horizon, and suggest an order if projected stock falls below the minimum.
Concrete example · item Lens Georgio M: stock 17, min 20. Over 90 days, 54 units went out. In 30 days (lead time), we'll have consumed about 18 more units. Projected stock = 17 − 18 = −1. Target = 20 × 1 = 20. Suggestion: order +21 units to reach the target.
